The Faculty Board is made up of both permanent and temporary teachers and of permanent researchers of the faculty: it will consist of 1/3 of permanent teachers; 2 representatives of the administration and technical staff; the students will be represented by 1/5 of permanent teachers with a maximum of 8 students and a minimum of 3.
The Faculty Board in compliance with Presidential Decree n.382, 11th July 1982 and in agreement with the following paragraphs it decides upon the teaching methodology, the schedule, organisation and the resources assigned to the faculty.
The Faculty Board decides on the structure of the Board of Deans and on appointing its members. The Faculty Board also decides on who to appoint as Course Heads and to whom they have to report to in the faculty. The faculty Board is also responsible for the joint committee.
The Faculty Board meets with the Dean frequently as scheduled at the beginning of every academic year. The Dean can organise additional meetings with the Faculty Board if any special cases come up out of the ordinary or when a request is issued by a fifth of the Faculty Board members.
A letter announcing the meeting and the order of the day will be sent to all the Board members at least 7 days beforehand.
